Jaipur lies in a dry climate area surrounded by deserts.Jaipur got the name of "The Pink city"when it dressed itself with pink to welcome Prince Albert and Queen Elizabeth II and so the name stuck to it. Jaipur, the pink city was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Jai Singh II, a Kachhwaha Rajput, who ruled from 1699-1774.The structure of Jaipur resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal family.In The present date, Jaipur is the major business centre for the natives of Rajasthan with all requisites of a metropolitan city.The active streets of Jaipur get plenty of visitors, every year at their footsteps.
